Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required for all bookings. This amount is deducted from the total fee for your appointment. For appointments priced below $20, customers are required to pay the full fee online. 2. A 48-hour notice is required for all booking cancellations or rescheduling. If failed to notify in this time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make another booking. 3. Only 1 (one) rescheduling is allowed per deposit, your deposit will be forfeited if you want to reschedule for the second time and a new deposit will be required to make another booking. 4. Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are 15 minutes later than your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, or you may get less than you wanted.
