Payment Options

We accept cash ,bank transfers and card effort . Please have payment ready by the end of your appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, depending on the service and schedule.

Service-Specific Policies

Eyelash Extensions:

• Arrive with clean eyes and no makeup. Inform us in advance if you have sensitive eyes or allergies.

• Infill appointments over 4 weeks from the last visit are considered a new full set.

• Free removal is offered in case of an allergic reaction, but no refunds are provided for reactions.

Nail Services:

• Contact us within 48 hours if any issues arise with your nails. Complimentary repairs are available if the issue is due to our work and if it’s reported within this timeframe.

• Additional charges may apply if repairs are requested after 48 hours or if the issue was not caused by our work.

Waxing Services:

• Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for optimal results. Avoid applying lotions or oils to the area before your appointment.

• Some post-waxing redness or sensitivity is normal. While reactions are rare, we do not offer refunds for any skin reactions, though we can advise on aftercare if needed.

Health & Safety

Skin Sensitivities: Please let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.

• Reactions: Though we prioritize safety and care, reactions can happen. We do not offer refunds for reactions but are happy to provide guidance on aftercare.

Eyelash Extension Warranty Policy

We strive to provide high-quality eyelash extension services and your satisfaction is our priority. Our warranty policy is as follows:

Warranty Period:

  • Valid for 7 days from the date of service.

Eligibility:

  • If your lashes fall out or there are issues like poor retention within 7 days, please notify us.

  • To receive a free touch-up, you must visit our salon within 3 days of the issue.

Warranty Process:

  • Contact us via phone or visit the salon to report the issue.

  • We will assess and provide a free correction if it meets the warranty criteria.

Exclusions:

  • Warranty does not apply if the lashes were damaged by improper care (e.g., using wrong products or excessive rubbing).
